Peterson Funeral Chapel

            Floyd "Leon" Huse, 89, of Crane passed away Thursday, August 1, 2019 in his home.

            He was born to Charles and Catherine Perriman Huse on April 8, 1930 in Jenkins, MO.  He was a minister at the Wheelerville church, a member of the Morning Star Baptist Church in Crane and a U.S. Air Force Veteran.

            Survivors include three sons, Trent Huse and wife, Amy of Crane, Tyrone Huse and girlfriend, Angela Malony of Cassville and Travis Huse of Crane; one daughter, Teresa Wilson and husband, Walter of Crane; six brothers, Cherry, Leonard, Monte and Dwight all of Aurora,Vern Huse and wife, Diane of Verona, Denver Huse and wife, Joann of Mt. Vernon; three sisters, Bonnie Doles and husband, Ted, Kathy Allen and husband, Mike and Sabrina Blevins and husband, Melvin all of Aurora; 4 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

            He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Chuck Huse and Lonnie Huse; four sisters, Joann Wood, Mary Wilson, Daisy Samuels and Carlotta Edwards; two grandchildren, Angela and Destiny Rose and a daughter-in-law, Debbie Huse.

            Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 7 at 2:00 p.m. in the Morning Star Baptist Church in Crane under the care of Peterson Funeral Chapel.  Burial will follow in Clio Cemetery in Jenkins.

            Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. in the funeral home.
